General Information | Payments tab
You can check your total and available balance at the top bar of your Publisher Platform.
Why is there a difference between total and available amount?
The available amount displays the sum available for withdrawal.
The total amount displays the sum available for withdrawal along with the amount held based on your billing settings. The hold period can be either for the last 7 days of your earnings or for the current day’s earnings.
Please be aware that only the available amount is disbursed in your payment.
Payments tab
In the ‘Payments’ tab of your Publisher’s Dashboard, you will find information regarding your total income, available income, and the upcoming payment date.
If you choose to receive payments upon request, your automatic payments will be disabled, and your next payout date will not be displayed.
The ‘Payments’ tab also shows you the history of your payments, including details about amounts, fees and the payment method used.
If needed, you can download your payment information by selecting ‘Export’.
Where can I add my payment method?
As we prioritize our client’s security, any changes to payment methods must be made exclusively by contacting your personal manager.
Your personal manager’s contact details are located in the top right corner of your Publisher Platform.
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our support via email at support@clickadu.com or through our help center at https://faq.clickadu.com/
Where is my payment information?
All your listed payment methods can be found in the ‘Profile’ tab of your Publisher Platform.
Your default payment method is marked as default.
Can I change my payment method on the payday?
Since most payments are generated automatically, it’s recommended to notify your manager of any changes to your payment method in advance, at least 24 hours before your scheduled payment date.
If you change your payment method after the payment processing has started, your payment might already be in transit to your previously selected method.
What currency is used for payments?
All payments are processed in USD and EUR.
Why is my payment delayed?
If a payment day falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it will be generated as scheduled. However, the processing of this payment will happen on the following business day.
I haven’t received my payment, what can I do?
Sometimes payment systems may encounter delays and technical issues beyond Clickadu’s control. If your payment hasn’t been received within 24 hours of the dispatch date, kindly contact your personal manager for assistance.
Your personal manager’s contact details are located in the top right corner of your Publisher Platform.
