If you don’t get traffic on your campaign, follow the steps below:
Check your account balance;
Check your campaign status and budget settings;
Your campaign might have reached its daily budget. If so, consider increasing the budget to reactivate the campaign. In this case, your campaign will display the “Completed” status.
Your campaign might have reached its total budget. Check the start date of this campaign and review the total spending since that date in your Dashboard. In this case, your campaign will display the “Completed” status.
You might have set an end date for your campaign. To check, go to Zones&Other -> Set display period and extend the period if necessary. In this case, your campaign will display the “Working” status.
You might have set a schedule for your campaign. To verify, go to Zones&Other -> Campaign Schedule and compare it to the current EST time (you can always check it in the upper left corner). Correct the schedule if needed. In this case, your campaign will display the “Working” status
Check the campaign settings;
Check if you have configured mutually exclusive settings (e.g., selecting OS Types -> Desktop along with, OS’s -> IOS, which is not compatible). Adjust these settings to avoid conflicts.
Check to ensure you haven’t excluded all/ the most popular OSes, mobile ISPs, Browsers, etc. If key user groups are blocked, your campaign might receive very little traffic. Update these settings if necessary to improve your reach.
If you have a whitelist, it might be outdated. Contact your manager to check it and provide a new one if needed.
If you have an SCPA or SCPC campaign that was tested over two months ago, copy and relaunch it, as the test results might no longer be accurate.
If these points are correct, please contact your account manager or use the support chat for help.
