When your account is rejected, you can see the red banner on the top of your page and get a notification about that:
The most possible reasons which could lead to the account rejection may be incorrect information on:
your first and last names;
the residence country you choose upon the registration;
a city (it should be located in the country you mention, the mismatch can lead to rejection) ;
address (it should be the real street name in the city you list upon registration);
The incorrectly filled forms will be enlightened red (1):
It is important that the city and the address really exist in the residence country you chose upon the registration. Why? Clickadu adheres to the KYC (know your customer) guidelines, according to that it is required to verify the identity, suitability, and risks involved with maintaining a business relationship. If you specify a fake address, your account will be rejected and you will not be able to continue working on the platform.
NB! Please also note, that if you are registered as a company, you have to list the correct Legal Name of your company, not just the name of the brand.
