KYC, or βKnow Your Customerβ is a customer identification process required by international business standards. This procedure requires submitting necessary documents to verify the true owner of an account. KYC ensures smoother communication on legal and financial matters.
How to Verify Your Account
To verify your account, please provide the following information to ssp.support@clickadu.com
A government-issued ID.
Details about your payment account linked to Clickadu.
Any additional information if requested.
Ensure that all the data you provide is accurate, including an active email address for communication. Verification typically takes 1-2 business days. We recommend submitting all required documents at least a week before the payment due date.
When Is KYC Required?
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we may request documents to confirm your identity and payment details in certain cases. For further details, please refer to the advertiser's and publisher's agreements (Articles 6.7 and 6.11, respectively).
